1. Shipping Coverage

• We ship across all major locations in India.
• International shipping is currently not available.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
• Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, strikes).

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹999 (based on your location and courier availability).
• Any additional charges (like octroi or local taxes) will be borne by the customer, if applicable.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and courier partner details.
• You can track your order using the provided link.

6. Packaging

• All products are securely packed in tamper-proof, protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
• For delicate items, we use bubble wrap and extra cushioning.

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
• If the package is undelivered and returned to us, we can reship it (extra charges may apply) or process a refund excluding shipping costs.

8. Delays & Exceptions

• We are not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Natural calamities or unforeseen disruptions
• Please double-check your delivery details before placing the order.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

• If your package is damaged or items are missing, report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing video (if possible).
• We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
