1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Tags, certificates (if any), and invoices must be included.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

• Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions. The product must be securely packaged and shipped within 3 days of approval.

3. Shipping Charges

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days.
• If the item does not meet the return criteria, we will notify you and may send it back at your cost.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed or engraved jewelry
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Items used, worn, or damaged by the customer

7. Exchange Policy

• We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items.
• Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
