• Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 working days (subject to location and availability).
• Delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

5. Return & Refund

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged, and eligible products.
• Customized products are not eligible for return.
